Identifies weaknesses in the team's developments. Actively listens to others' opinions and ideas of how things should be done. Cheers on teammates. Figures out how to do the math for assigned problems. Unable to complete basic tasks because he/she is struggling to understand the material. Completes any math required as part of the team's assignments. Does more work than what is needed. Checks work to ensure it is generally correct. Communicates high expectations with regard to the quality of assignments.

Helps the team think of issues that have been overlooked. Organizes team meetings. Consistently meets the expectations of the assignment. Performs more effectively than any other team member. Demonstrates outstanding mathematics skills. Communicates well with the other team members. Involves everyone in discussions. Communicates high expectations with regard to the quality of assignments. Usually reads and double-checks the work before submitting it.
London Johnson
Listens to everyone's opinions. Fails to give status reports to other team members. Does fair share of the work, but generally not above and beyond the fair share. Uses relevant math skills. Expresses frustration when trying to complete tasks that require task-specific knowledge and skills. Encourages team to check work for errors. Questions things to ensure that processes are the best they can be. Distracts the other team members by talking about topics that have nothing to do with the task.
